Q: What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
A: We use the water extraction method for our carpet cleaning. Basically we pump in the carpet cleaning solution from our machinery and then using a powerful suction we extract the dirty water from your carpets.

Q:- What is the solution you use for carpet cleaning?
A:- We use a 4 action in 1 cleaning agent consisting of the following:-
Degreaser – The degreaser’s job is to break down the dirt and debris or grease sitting in the carpets.
Deodoriser – The action of deodoriser in the carpet cleaning solution is to eliminate odours and musty smells. In addition the carpets smell much fresher with the deodoriser.
Optical Brightener – This can help to enhance the colour of the carpets. However, if the sun has bleached any part of the carpet that have been exposed to the sun, then this cannot be colour restored. Additionally, this is the same for bleach on the carpet too.
Conditioner – This softens and conditions the carpet restoring the softness.
Q:- How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
A:- This depends on the conditions in the room and the type of carpet it is. We extract 85% of water from your carpet leaving it slightly damp. The best way of drying it completely is to have your radiators on along with opening all the windows to allow condensation to escape.
Q:- Can I walk on my carpets straight away once they have been cleaned?
A:- Only walk on your carpet if your shoes have completely clean soles and preferably wear slippers if they have not been outside. This is because while the carpets are drying, dirty footwear will attract dirt onto the damp carpets.
Q:- I have had my carpets cleaned before and they seem to get dirtier quicker. Why is this?
A:- If a carpet has not been cleaned efficiently, there is often a sticky residue left behind. This then attracts the dirt to the carpet from shoes and boots etc. Carpets poorly cleaned are like magnets to dirt and grime. Using the water extraction method and having 40 years experience in carpet cleaning methods, this does not occur with our company.
